Journal for Beginners
This beginner-friendly journal is designed to help you build a meaningful and consistent mindfulness practice in just 5–10 minutes a day. Whether you’re preparing for a yoga class, a workout, a lecture, or a big game, this journal helps you clear your mind, check in with your body, and get fully present.
Created with college students in mind—and useful for anyone wanting to feel more grounded—this journal guides you through daily prompts that support physical, emotional, and mental clarity. It begins with a self-check, followed by a brain dump, and ends with a thought-provoking prompt to reflect, draw, or simply let go.
Through this daily practice, you’ll explore gratitude, discipline, identity, joy, and self-trust. You’ll be encouraged to let go of comparison and judgment while learning how to recognize and support your own needs.
This is more than a journal—it’s a tool to help you find your flow.

Vita: Morning Affirmations
At Vita (which means "life" in Italian), my goal is to help you reconnect with the qualities you already have, the experiences that have shaped you, and the accomplishments that are uniquely yours. My approach to mindfulness and wellness is gentle and flexible: practice it when you’re inspired, and be kind to yourself when you’re not. This journal offers you a space to find encouragement, support, and reminders to live in the present moment with a mindset of kindness and acceptance.
For me, this journey started during a challenging time in my life that left me feeling ungrounded. I knew I needed to reconnect with myself, so I committed to just five minutes of self-care each day. Through a sound healing and yoga retreat, solo camping, and a commitment to myself, those five minutes grew into a mindful, intentional life. That’s what I hope to share with you here.
My wish for you is to discover that you already have so much within you- strength, resilience, and joy. This journal is a place to recognize that. Each day, I hope you experience the impact of a few minutes of breath, reflection, and care, and that it grows into something lasting.
